We had een very nice time during our stay. The room was ruim and very comfortable, we felt echt at home. The casino was a bit too smoky for our liking, really got in our clothes. But, the staff was super vriendelijk and always ready to help met whatever we needed.

Unpleasant experiences marred our stay, notably the room's cleanliness issues and the management's dismissive attitude towards our concerns about contaminated water.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious with a comfy king bed and a great view of the pool. The beach area was private and perfect for relaxing. Loved the proximity to the restaurants and the friendly service all around. Plus, waking up to the sound of the waves was a treat!
The casino can get a bit smoky at times.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
The beach and pool areas are delightful, offering a fantastic spot for relaxation and fun. We also received attentive service from our housekeeper, making our stay more enjoyable.
Sizeable cleanliness issues were apparent in the room. Additionally, the dining options were limited with early closing times, frustrating late-night guests.

Some rooms show signs of wear, which may not bother everyone but felt a bit dated to me. The pool area can become overly crowded, especially during peak hours, making it challenging to find a lounger. Also, the food options near the pool seemed a bit limited. a few more choices would have been nice to have a proper meal while soaking up the sun.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The pools were large and enjoyable with abundant family-friendly activities nearby, including a movie theater and arcade. Kids had a blast while I relaxed under the sun.
Housekeeping struggled with cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms and slow maintenance response causing frustration. the limiting dining hours left us wanting more food options during our stay.

The pool area was relaxing, but the casino floor was quite dirty.

missingWrote a review on 07 Novspacious roombeautiful viewfun watercheck-in chaos
The Deluxe King Room offered a spacious layout and a beautiful river view that enhanced our stay, perfect for kicking back after a long day. The pool area had delightful features with water slides that entertained the kids while we chilled by the beach, making our time relaxing and fun.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was a messy scenario, compounded by room assignment issues due to damage and a subsequent cleaning oversight. Although we managed to get a different room, it wasn’t in top shape, with a broken shower head and a tension rod that fell repetitively. Coupled with the smoky atmosphere and limited access to luggage carts, it felt like you had to navigate quite the maze just to enjoy the amenities.

Families will find enjoyable options
The staff were genuinely nice, always ready to help when we needed anything. My kids loved the pool area, even though the water was ice cold, they didn't care. They just splashed around, and that joy made it worth it!
It was a bit pricey but overall not too bad.
